How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your customer account to view your current points balance and rewards history at any time.
When will my points show up in my account?
Points are credited to your account 15 days after your order is placed. This allows time for the return window to close before points are awarded. If your points haven't appeared after 15 days, please email us at help@umbboutique.com and we'll look into it for you.
Do my points expire?
No — your points never expire. Once you earn points they stay in your account for as long as you're a member. Shop at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready.
How much is my points balance worth?
Every point is worth $0.02 — so 50 points = $1.00 off your order. The more you shop and engage, the faster your rewards add up!
Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?
Points are earned based on the amount paid at checkout. Please note that points cannot be earned on purchases made entirely with store credit or reward redemptions.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned on that purchase will be removed from your balance. Since we offer store credit rather than refunds, your points balance will be adjusted accordingly upon return processing.
How does the referral program work?
