Please note: Unmatched Beauty LLC does not offer cash refunds. Store credit only. Order cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of purchase — see below for details.
- Submit your return request through your customer account via our returns portal.
- Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account within 3–5 business days.
- If a returned item does not meet our condition requirements, it will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued.
- Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for store credit:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- Free of odors, pet hair, makeup stains, and deodorant marks
- In the same brand new condition as received
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued.
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at help@umbboutique.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received within this window before fulfillment begins.
Cancellation requests made after 2 hours cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing. In that case, our standard return policy will apply once your order is delivered.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances:
- Clearance items
- Items purchased during a promotional or sale event
- Items listed under the Final Sale tab
- All jewelry
- Hats & headwear
