Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We allow cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us at help@umbboutique.com as quickly as possible with your order number. After 2 hours, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Please contact us immediately at help@umbboutique.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it and are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly entered address.
Can I use store credit on sale or promotional items?
Yes! Store credit can be applied toward any purchase on our site, including new arrivals and regular priced items. Please note that clearance, promotional, and final sale items are non-returnable — but you are welcome to use your store credit to purchase them.
Do you offer gift cards?
We don't currently offer gift cards, but store credit makes a great gift! If you'd like to purchase something for someone special, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a simple $8 flat rate on all US orders — no minimums, no surprises.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (most ship same day or next business day). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship to US addresses only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — follow us on social media to stay updated!
My package says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please check around your property and with any neighbors first, as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't locate it, email us at help@umbboutique.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit only, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase. For full details, visit our Return & Store Credit Policy page.
How do I submit a return request?
Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery through your customer account via our returns portal. Once approved, you have 5 calendar days to ship the item back to us.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued to your account within 3–5 business days. You'll be notified by email when it's ready to use.
What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit under any circumstances: clearance items, items purchased during a promotional or sale event, items listed under the Final Sale tab, all jewelry, and hats & headwear.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Chart page for a full breakdown of measurements by size. We carry sizes XS through 3X depending on the style — always check the individual product page to confirm which sizes are available for that item.
Some items seem to run differently — how do I know?
Great question! While our size chart covers most styles, some pieces may run small, large, or have a specific fit. We include fit notes directly on the product page (e.g. "runs small — size up") whenever applicable. When in doubt, feel free to email us before ordering.
I'm between sizes — what should I do?
We generally recommend sizing up when you're between sizes for the most comfortable fit. If you're unsure about a specific item, email us at help@umbboutique.com and we'll help you decide.

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! You earn reward points with every purchase. Sign up for a customer account to start earning and redeeming points toward future orders.
Do you offer AfterPay or ShopPay?
Yes! We offer both AfterPay and ShopPay Installments at checkout so you can shop now and pay over time with no hidden fees.
